Rule 1.
This is an adult based/theme game.
YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE TO PLAY THIS GAME.
Rule 2. This is ONLY a game, this is no different than playing THE GAME of battleship.
If you find yourself getting extra mad and real hyper, it is time for you to stop
playing this game. YOU MUST HAVE FUN!
Rule 3. This game is ALL in fun and fun alone, there will be NO threats to
others or intimidation talk dealing outside of this game, you will not threaten
anyone in any real world way period.
Rule 4. NO posting of URLs to other games or public www address's outside of THE GAME. This
includes posting hate or flames against THE GAME itself or the admin of
THE GAME. do not try to destroy fun for others.
All prizes are awarded to the account holders email address,
Code winner codes will be sent
within 2 hours of the start of the following round. With any form of winning, the prize is awarded
to the winning player SIGNUP email address ONLY - No alternate email address will be accepted or awarded too.

There is
no such thing as a soft hitting rule or any rule period about hitting.
(soft hits is not something that can really be done anyhow) BUT, if we find
you hitting another player to do no real intended hurtful damage other than making the other
player un-hittable by others
your account will be given a 72 hr lockout. this will happen without warning
from the game admin. this will not be discussed or debated. it will just happen.
Players working together or insync with others is all part of THE GAME. say or do anything to get the win.
if THE GAME itself allows you to do it, then it IS allowed and legal.

To keep our database live with only active/played accounts,
player accounts are subject to removal for non playing or no usage
for extended periods, this will be done by THE GAME admin sole discretion.
Players found/reported/reviewed in violation of any terms on this
page are subject to be LOCKED OUT of the account for 3 days (72hrs) or being DELETED.
(choice is admin's SOLE discretion) No free turns are given or accumulated
by players in lockout. (turns are frozen)
Under NO circumstances will any player be awarded back any items took from
them by another who exploited a coding bug or played unfairly. The only
retribution you may possibly get will
be FAIRLY taking the items back during the 72hr LOCKOUT the
offender/bug cheater will have imposed on them.
